Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine will provide a stable ecological state of the Crimea, Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov said at the IV Black Sea Economic Forum on October 24, 2013 inYalta (Crimea), the press service of the Cabinet reports.
"We have paid and will pay attention to, first of all, infrastructure development of Crimea: roads, quality water supply, clear air. Economically harmful enterprises will not be constructed here. We will provide a stable economic situation for many years to come," Mykola Azarov said.
Thus he stressed that the Crimea will remain a recreational zone of Ukraine. The government will create conditions, including on public-private partnership for the construction of modern hotels.
"We need much to do so that Crimea becomes a real resort center like those are in Turkey, Bulgaria,Cyprus," the Prime Minister said.
He noted that the state allocates significant resources for this. In particular, according to him, the issue of power supply of the Peninsula is fully resolved. In addition, the Government decides issue of gas supply to the Crimea.
Much attention is also paid to the purification of wastewater. "We will achieve that crude water does not falls into the Black Sea," the Prime Minister noted.
Mykola Azarov stressed that the government will pay great attention to the development of seaports of Crimea.
