On October 24, Presidents of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych and Presidents of Russia Vladimir Putin will discuss the issues of Russian-Ukrainian relations at a meeting in Minsk if the Association Agreement of Ukraine in the European Union entries into force, Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov stated.

The presidents of Russia and Ukraine will take part in the meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council at the level of heads of states, which will be held in Minsk on October 24. According to Ushakov, a separate bilateral meeting is scheduled between Putin and Yanukovych.

"We believe the talks between two Presidents will be useful. There were a lot of negotiations in summer and fall. And this is a continuation of talks between the Presidents," Ushakov said.
