To sign an Association Agreement with the European Union at the "Eastern Partnership" summit in Vilnius Ukrainian authorities has to fulfill all the conditions before the next meeting of the heads of the Foreign Ministers of the member states, which will be held on November 18, Polish foreign minister Radoslaw Sikorski said in an interview with the Wprost magazine.
The minister recalled that there will be only two meetings of the foreign ministers of the EU countries before the "Eastern Partnership" summit in November, one of them - today and the next - on November 18.
"If the ministers decide that not all conditions are met, then later nothing will change their position," Sikorski said.
The minister reminded that the solution of selective justice issue in Ukraine is one of the conditions for signing of the EU-Ukraine Association.
Sikorski also named President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych as "a very good negotiator," but urged to consider a method of decision-making in the EU.
