President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych expressed condolences to President of Philippines Benigno Simeon Aquino III over the earthquake in Cebu that caused numerous human victims and significant destructions.
"On behalf of Ukrainian people and myself, I express deep condolences to the families of the deceased and wishes of fast recovery to everyone injured," the Head of State noted.
