Ukraine is preparing a number of bills that should greatly simplify the work of foreign investors, deputy director of the Department of Investment and Innovation Policy and Development of Public and Private Partnership of the Economic Development Ministry Pavlo Pakhomenko said during the roundtable, ForUm correspondent reports.
"Now we are preparing a number of bills including a bill on creation of limited liability companies. The concept has been adopted, which will determine and remove those investment barriers that were used before. There were a number of issues with the protection of rights of foreign investors," Pakhomenko said.
He also said that a bill is being development aimed at improving the investment climate and protection of shareholder rights.
