The reason for extending the work of the observation mission of the European Parliament, led by the former president of the European Parliament Pat Cox and former Polish President Aleksander Kwasniewski, to mid-November is Ukraine's failure to meet all the conditions set for signing of the Association Agreement with the European Union.
"Report that the Cox and Kwasnieski mission finds that Ukraine has not yet fulfilled conditions for signing agreement with the EU," foreign minister of Sweden Carl Bildt posted on Twitter.
He believes that this can seriously affect the decision on signing the Agreement.
