Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov urged the Russian Federation to use all the opportunities that are created within the framework of CIS free trade area, Azarov said during the 10th session of the Committee on Economic Cooperation of the Ukrainian-Russian Interstate Commission in Kaluga (Russia).
"We talked a lot with Dmitry Medvedev about the signing of the Association Agreement with the European Union. Our task is collaboration and cooperation. I emphasize once again that during these three years we have managed to create a free trade area of the CIS," the Prime Minister said.
He noted that Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan have advanced in economic integration after establishment of the Customs Union.
Azarov reminded that Ukraine is not ready to voice a concrete opinion regarding separate agreements of the Customs Union.
