In Lviv, Ukraine, the first multiservice center based on post office was opened, where, except for traditional postal services (sending a postcard, letter, parcel, subscription to the press), you can receive 40 types of administrative services (formalize a subsidy, pension, etc).
Among other things, at the multiservice center, you can order a courier delivery, pay the utility bills, print out an electronic ticket for any transport, arrange a money transfer or loan, and even use the services of State Registration and Immigration Departments, the Information-analytical Bulletin of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine informs.
«We opened in Lvov a multiservice center, which consolidated both administrative services under a large project and individual branch of Immigration and State Registration Departments, that is, all in one house. The European quality of service begins in European city of Lviv. Hopefully, this experience will be used all over the country,» Deputy Prime Minister Oleksandr Vilkul said.
Experts say the main purpose of the Center is to provide an opportunity for full range of various services in one place. The chain of post offices is the best suited for this goal.
Today, the chain of Ukrainian post offices covers all localities and represents an element of social infrastructure in cities, villages, and towns. Now, at a post office, Ukrainians will be able to get a certificate of private entrepreneur registration, license for economic activity, get issued and replace a passport, get a certificate on registration of residence or cancelation of registration, obtain the citizenship of Ukraine and take advantage of other services rendered by the State Registration and Immigration Departments. In fact, at a post office, you can pay the utility bills, fines and court fees.
The project of simplified administrative services will be introduced at every branch of the Ukrainian post.
