Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov congratulated power engineers on a launch of grid connection of the first power unit of the Vuhlehirska TPP (Svitlodarsk Donetsk region).
"I want to sincerely congratulate the engineers. They, within a tight schedule and under difficult conditions, fulfilled the task of President of Ukraine: to resume work of the Vuhlehirska TPP till October 15. Yesterday at 3:48 p.m., the restored first power unit was connected to the power system of Ukraine," Azarov said during the Cabinet’s meeting, ForUm correspondent reports.
According to him, the restoration of the 4th unit is to be completed before November 15.
