Agrarian policy and food minister of Ukraine Mykola Prysiazhniuk believes that chairman of the Russian Federal Service for Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare (Rospotrebnadzor), chief state sanitary doctor Gennady Onishchenko has to come to Ukraine and to inspect the “Roshen” enterprises.

"There is a progress in the “Roshen” issue. Onishchenko made a statement yesterday. I think I will make a statement today, as we have already provided all the required documentation, even more of what they need. Today we will write a letter, indicating when and what documentation was sent to Rospotrebnadzor. On Monday, we will participate in the government sub-committee in Moscow at the ministerial level and will also raise the issue. We have fully performed all our obligations and met requirements of Onishchenko. I am convinced that he has to come and inspect," Prysiazhniuk told journalists before the Cabinet’s meeting, ForUm correspondent reports.

He also expressed the hope that Onishchenko will visit Kyiv on Monday, October 14. "We will ask him to accelerate the arrival of inspection for laboratory and for enterprises," Prysiazhniuk added.
