In the second reading the Parliament passed a law, which provides for granting social assistance to persons, who take care for the disabled, ForUm corresponded reports.

The bill to amend the Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On state social assistance to low-income families" (with respect to persons providing social services) was supported by 343 MP.

According to the law, persons, who care for children in need for help, and those, who care for invalids of the first group, or the disabled children under 18 years old and pensioners who have reached the age of 80, will receive the state social assistance. They will be treated as persons providing social services.
