President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych notes the importance of developing and deepening cross-border cooperation between Ukraine and Poland.
"We will further opportunities of our border regions to interact and solve their problems. It is our duty," Yanukovych said on Oct. 7 during a meeting with media representatives in Krakow.
He informed that in December of this year there will be held next meeting with the president of Poland at the border crossing between Ukraine and Poland.
According to Yanukovych, Ukraine and Poland actively develop cross-border cooperation.
