Current plenary week, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine intends to approve the draft Law "On the State Probation Service", which may become the ground for release of Yulia Tymoshenko, ForUm correspondent reports.

The bill was considered at the last plenary week, but it was not voted for as the session hall lacked a sufficient number of members for decision-making.

October 8-11, MPs plan to consider approval of the decision of the President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych on Ukraine's participation in the peacekeeping operation "Ocean Shield" and the EU operation "EU NAVFOR ATALANTA".

In addition, October 8-9, it is planned to consider the bill on allocating funds for early elections in the troubled constituencies and the bill on moratorium on the liquidation and reorganization of health care facilities.

On Thursday, MPs may amend the Constitution of Ukraine on strengthening the guarantees of judicial independence, as well as amend some laws of Ukraine concerning the lease of heating provider facilities.
