81 full-time special units for children with special needs will be opened in Ukraine by the year-end, social policy minister of Ukraine Natalia Korolevska told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.
According to her, 63 such units have been already opened in response to the social initiatives of the President of Ukraine/ According to the minister, such units are "popularly known as kindergartens for children with special needs".
"By the end of the year there will be opened 18 more such units," the minister assured.
