President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych instructs the government to establish equal public utility tariffs in all regions of the country.
"Government policy should equalize electricity, water, gas tariffs for people living in all regions. The state should regulate these relations, and no region should suffer from the negligence of officials. This is my personal opinion and my requirements for the government," Yanukovych said, speaking with Kirovohrad media.
He expressed belief that such a tariff design principle should be at the core of public policy.
