According to the experts, access to the single state registers of information network of the Justice Ministry of Ukraine will be restored on October 3, justice minister Olena Lukash stated, the press service of the Ministry reported.
"The quality and completeness of the registers were not affected, and according to the experts, the registers will operate in a normal mode on October 3," Lukash said.
She noted that according to preliminary information, failed software, there was a failure of software that caused blocking of activity of all users of these registers. Individuals and legal entities were unable to exercise their constitutional rights and freedoms.
