Prime Minister Mykola Azarov instructed to prepare snow removal equipments based on the experience of last year before the winter starts, he said, opening the Cabinet’s meeting, ForUm correspondent reports.
"I want to pay attention of the central authorities and the heads of local administrations on stable operation of road infrastructure. Last winter taught us a lot. We need to be well prepared and promptly respond to snow and icy conditions," Azarov said.
In addition, the Prime Minister instructed the State Emergencies Service to complete the action plans of the central and local authorities and approve the calculations of forces and means.
