The national agency on accreditation of Ukraine is the most European structure among similar agencies of former USSR countries, "Twinning" project manager in Ukraine Volodymyr Yakubov told journalists, ForUm's correspondent reports.
"On the territory of the former USSR, the national body on Ukraine's accreditation is the most advanced, developed and close to Europe," he said.
He also added that in Russia, for example, similar agency has been created only this year. "They envy Ukraine there. In June I visited Ufa meeting of the CIS Council for Standardization, Metrology and Certification, and they told me in Russia it takes two years to obtain recognition in one sphere or four years - in the other. Ukraine already has such recognitions," he underlined.
