The progress achieved by Ukraine in all 11 criteria of the European Union does not still give confidence in the signing of the Association Agreement, scientific director of the Institute for Euro-Atlantic Cooperation Oleksandr Sushko said during a press conference, ForUm correspondent reports.
"This progress does not give us confidence that it will be enough for a positive solution of the European Union," he said.
According to Sushko, the EU has not yet reached a consensus concerning the signing of the Agreement with Ukraine. He stressed that Ukraine has to take key steps.
