As of October 1, heating season started in 18 regions of Ukraine and in Kyiv, the Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Communal Services Ministry press office reports.
According to authorities, central heating started to be supplied in Vinnytsia, Volyn, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zhytomyr, Kyiv, Kirovohrad, Luhansk, Lviv, Odesa, Poltava, Rivne, Sumy, Ternopil, Kharkiv, Khmelnytsky, Chernivtsi, Chernihiv regions and the city of Kyiv.
In addition, the Ministry informs that the heating is already supplied to 2.889 kindergartens, 2.704 schools, 1.024 hospitals and 6801 residential buildings.
