President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych expressed his respect and gratitude to the adoptive parents, foster parents, who give joy of family comfort to orphans and children deprived of parental care.
This is stated in the congratulation of the President on the occasion of the Adoption Day, which Ukraine traditionally marks on September 30.
"Every child should enjoy family warmth. Understanding our high responsibility for the fate of those who are waiting for their parents, the government consistently performs its duty to promote national adoption and family forms of upbringing," the President assured.
Yanukovych is confident that heart of Ukrainians, rich in love and mercy, will respond to the voice of a child dreaming of a family.
