Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov instructed to ensure readiness of snow removal equipments and parking spaces for transit transport, he said at a meeting of the government, ForUm correspondent reports.
The Prime Minister noted that everything has to be done before social facilities, including hospitals, kindergartens, schools and houses, get the heating.
"We have little time, and we should solve all the problems fast and qualitatively," he stressed.
