OSCE Secretary General Lamberto Zannier considers that the dialogue between the EU and Russia could be more effective, he told ForUm correspondent in exclusive comments during the 10th annual meeting "Yalta European Strategy" (YES).
"There is the possibility of creating a common economic space from Vancouver to Vladivostok. The EU needs to negotiate with Russia, and the dialogue could be more effective than it is now," he said.
According to him, this would solve Ukraine’s problems, as the dialogue between the European Union and the Russian Federation remains a key issue.
