Slovakia has to reach agreement with Russia’s Gazprom in order to start reverse gas supplies to Ukraine, EU Ambassador to Ukraine Jan Tombinski told journalists in Kyiv on Tuesday.
"Slovakia won’t have full clarity and the possibility of opening reverse flows to Ukraine without reaching an agreement with Gazprom, which supplies this gas," he told reporters.
He noted that the reverse should be agreed with all participants of the process.
