Ukraine and South Korea signed the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Korea on visa-free travel for the nationals having diplomatic, official and special passports, the Foreign Ministry press service informs.
According to the report, the Agreement was signed on September 23 by foreign minister of Ukraine Leonid Kozhara and foreign minister of the Republic of Korea Yoon Byung during a meeting within the framework of the general debate of the sixty-eighth session of the General Assembly of the United Nations.
During the meeting, the ministers also discussed the state and prospects of political dialogue between the two countries, issues of cooperation between Ukraine and the Republic of Korea to the UN, as well as the main areas of bilateral economic cooperation.
