At the moment, there are no reasons to cut the state budget for 2013, as its deficit has not reached 15%, deputy finance minister of Ukraine Anatoly Myarkovsky said during the Hour of questions to the government in the Parliament, ForUm correspondent reports.

According to him, the budget deficit is kept at lower level than provided by the budget list. "For eight months of this year, the shortfalls to the general fund amounted to 34.8 billion UAH that was almost 69% of the annual rate worth 50.6 billion UAH," the deputy minister said.

He added that the Cabinet is now finalizing the draft state budget for 2014.
