The situation in the Odessa region has stabilized, chairman of the State Service for Emergency Situations Mykhailo Bolotskih said during the Hour of questions to the government, ForUm correspondent reports.

"Today, the situation in this region has completely stabilized. There are no threats of flooding increase," Bolotskih said.

"The State Service for Emergency Situations in cooperation with the local authority provided timely resettlement of 590 people from nine villages. The forces of the State Emergencies Service were increased from 130 to 200 personnel and from 40 to 60 units of equipment and pumping equipment," Bolotskih noted.
