The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted in the second reading and as a whole bill №0869 "On Amendments to Some Laws of Ukraine regarding the social protection of homeless persons".
As ForUm correspondent reports, 340 MPs voted for the decision.
The law stipulates that the executive bodies of village, town and city councils shall provide homeless persons with social services and take measures aimed at preventing homelessness.
