MP Ihor Markov has left the Party of Regions faction, chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Rybak said, opening the morning session of Parliament, ForUm correspondent reports.
In particular, he said that Markov was excluded from the PR on the basis of his personal statement.
