The signing of the Association Agreement with the European Union will have a positive impact on the economic situation in Ukraine, but only under condition that the trade relations with Russia will be established, head of the information and analytical center FOREX CLUB of Ukraine Mykola Ivchenko told journalists, ForUm correspondent reports.
"Russia has 27% of exports. If the pressure from Russia disappears and there are no problems with the export, then, of course, the very fact of signing the Agreement is a positive signal to investors. We can expect the increase in flow of investments and loans to the real sector of the economy and to the banking sector from Europe," he said.
At the same time, the expert stressed that in this case the issue is to find the trade balance between Ukraine and the countries of the Customs Union.
