The highest level of employment has been recorded in Kyiv, Sevastopol, Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhia regions, social policy minister of Ukraine Natalia Korolevska said during a conference call on arrears of wages, contributions to the Pension Fund and the legalization of employment, ForUm correspondent reports.
"The Ministry has developed a rating system for regions evaluating for transparent assessment of the situation in each area of social policy. It is formed by assessing a number of directions, the first of which - is wage arrears. The ranking leaders, the regions which perform repayment schedules, are Chernihiv, Volyn, Dnipropetrovsk, Khmelnytsky and Poltava regions," she said.
At the same time, according to Korolevska, the difficult situation with the repayment of wage arrears is in Donetsk, Odesa, Zaporizhia, Mykolayiv and Kyiv regions.
"In paying contributions to the Pension Fund, the situation is the following: the leaders are Crimea, Chernihiv, Kherson, Kirovohrad and Lviv regions. In a difficult situation remain Dnipropetrovsk, Khmelnytsky, Odesa, Kyiv and Sevastopol regions," the minister said.
She also noted that the third direction of a rating is the employment level. "The best situation is in Kyiv, Sevastopol, Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhia regions, and the most difficult - in the Ivano-Frankivsk, Rivne, Zakarpattia, Vinnytsia and Ternopil regions," she summed up.
