Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov proposes to invite Russians affected by flood in the Far East to stay in Ukraine.

"I want to express my sincere solidarity to Russian citizens who are struggling with the consequences of abnormal flooding in the Far East. The situation there is very difficult. Thousands of people are suffering. President instructed the Government to consider the question: how can Ukraine help? and to find out a solution with our Russian partners. And first of all to offer help to people from the affected areas, to invite them to relax in our camps who are working in autumn and winter, in "Artek", for example," Azarov suggested at the Cabinet’s meeting, ForUm correspondent reports.

Therefore, PM instructed the Foreign Ministry to hold appropriate consultations through diplomatic channels and immediately submit the relevant proposals to the Government of Ukraine.
