MP Mykhailo Chechetov hopes that the Verkhovna Rada will adopt the budget-2014 in November, he told a press conference, ForUm correspondent reports.
"We hope that before the end of November, the budget will be approved. It will include compensators, which are able to protect the population from the second wave of the crisis," he said.
Chechetov reminded that according to the legislation, the government should submit the draft state budget for the next year before September 15.
