Ukraine intends to sign the Association Agreement with the European Union, not setting European integration against the Customs Union, MP from the Party of Regions Mykhailo Chechetov told a press conference, ForUm correspondent reports.
"We want to sign the Association with the EU, but not in opposition to the Customs Union, there is also a huge market," he said.
At the same time, according to the MP, joining EU is only possible in 10-15 years.
Chechetov added that enormous economic space, from the Atlantic to the Pacific, may be created by this time. "It would embrace the European Union, the Customs Union and Ukraine. It would be a space for the free movement of labor, capital, goods," he said.
