President of the Republic of Slovenia Borut Pahor invited President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych to pay an official visit to Slovenia with a delegation of Ukrainian businessmen, President Borut said during a meeting with foreign minister of Ukraine Leonid Kozhara, the Foreign Ministry press service informs.
In addition, during the meeting the parties expressed mutual interest in intensifying relations between Kyiv and Ljubljana, discussed a wide range of issues of bilateral cooperation, in particular topical issues of further development of the political dialogue, trade and economic cooperation.
The parties discussed ways of cooperation in the direction of European integration, especially in the context of Ukraine's Association Agreement with the European Union during the Vilnius summit of "Eastern Partnership" in November of this year.
