The European Union intends to allocate Ukraine 610 million EUR of macro-financial assistance on condition of resumption of Ukraine's cooperation with the International Monetary Fund, EU Delegation to Ukraine Jan Tombinski told journalists.
"We have signed with the Ukrainian government all documents concerning macro-financial assistance Ukraine. But it depends on the agreement with the IMF," Tombinski said.
He noted that at the moment the EU is awaiting the results of negotiations between Ukraine and the IMF.
According to him, macro-financial assistance will be allocated only when Ukraine fulfills all the conditions before the IMF.
