Yesterday, not all MPs from the Party of Regions faction supported the "EU bills" because of the human factor, leader of the Party of Regions faction Oleksandr Yefremov told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.
"I would like to answer with the familiar expression: do not look for a black cat in a dark room, it's not there. We have no problems in the relations in the fraction regarding vote. We have only one thing - the human factor. When a person is either distracted or standing and talking in the hall, or communicates with reporters," he said.
