The law of Ukraine on vehicles recycling will be amended, economic development and trade minister of Ukraine Ihor Prasolov said, answering MPs’ questions during the hour of questions to the government, ForUm correspondent reports.
"In accordance with the request of President of Ukraine, Viktor Yanukovych, work is conducted to cancel some of the provisions of the law, which are not consistent with the WTO principles. They include changes to the law of Ukraine on vehicles recycling and the Tax Code of Ukraine regarding the payment of environmental tax," he said.
The minister stressed that the adoption of the relevant amendments will ensure fulfilling of Ukraine's international obligations.
