Ukraine is holding talks on access to the markets of countries that have intensified negotiations to obtain the WTO membership, economic development and trade minister of Ukraine Ihor Prasolov said, answering MPs’ questions during the Hour of questions to the government, ForUm correspondent reports.

According to him, these are Yemen, Kazakhstan and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Prasolov also said that the conclusion of agreements on free trade area with Turkey, Canada, Serbia and Israel is worked out, and prospects for such agreement with Vietnam are also studied.

In addition, the minister said that Ukraine is considering ways to enter the markets of the Asia-Pacific region and Latin America.

According to him, Ukraine's accession to the WTO increases the attractiveness of Ukrainian enterprises for foreign investors, opens global markets and strengthens the position of export-oriented industries.
