Head of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Rybak gathered at his office the heads of parliamentary factions to seek consensus on European integration law on amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning the execution of court decisions.

As ForUm correspondent reports, this bill was first on the agenda.

According to the speaker on the issue justice minister Olena Lukash, its goal is to ensure the full implementation of Ukraine’s obligations on pilot solutions of the European Court in the case of Yuriy Ivanov v. Ukraine, as well as to ensure the implementation of the law on execution of court decisions.

According to her, the law provides that the amount of public spendings on debt repayment is determined by the state budget.

In turn, representatives of the Freedom and Fatherland factions said that they would not support the bill as long as it has a rule that the Cabinet of Ministers calculates payments based on the availability of funds in the state budget.

After that, the head of Parliament proposed deputies to postpone the consideration of this bill till 12.30, after discussing the issue in his office.
