The Cabinet of Ministers dismissed Nazar Kulchytskyy from the post of government commissioner for the European Court of Human Rights.
The decision was taken at the Cabinet’s meeting on September 4, first deputy minister for the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Vladyslav Zabarsky informed.
It is still unknown who will occupy the vacant post.
As a reminder, Kulchytskyy submitted resignation on August 13. According to justice minister Olena Lukash, he stepped down "for personal reasons" and his resignation has nothing to do with the ECHR decision in the case of Yulia Tymoshenko.
