The Parliament must promptly and efficiently consider and adopt the law on state budget for 2014, Parliament’s speaker Volodymyr Rybak said, speaking in the Parliament on the occasion of opening of the third session of the Verkhovna Rada of VII convocation, ForUm correspondent reports.
"We just have no right, as it was before, to drown timely adoption of the law on state budget for 2014 in fruitless political discussions. This will negatively impact on the effective reforming of the country," Rybak noted.
