The opening ceremony of the third session of the Verkhovna Rada of the seventh convocation has ended, ForUm correspondent reports.
The speech of President Viktor Yanukovych lasted about 13 minutes, after which he left the Parliament’s building.
The opposition MPs did not hinder the President to speak.
Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Rybak announced a break in Parliament for 30 minutes.
