Parliament’s speaker Volodymyr Rybak opened the third session of the Verkhovna Rada of VII convocation, ForUm correspondent reports.
385 MPs are registered in the session hall.
It should be noted that President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych attends the opening ceremony.
Members of the Cabinet, headed by Prime Minister Mykola Azarov, governor of the NBU Ihor Sorkin, head of National Security and Defense Council Andriy Kliuyev, chairman of the Higher Council of Justice Oleksandr Lavrynovych, as well as diplomats and other distinguished guests are present in the session hall.
In addition, the session opening is attended by participants of the European Parliament observation mission on Ukraine Alexander Kwasniewski and Pat Cox.
