The draft budget for 2014 will be submitted to the Parliament by September 15, head of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Rybak told a briefing, ForUm correspondent reports.
"According to the law, the government must submit the draft budget before September 15," he said.
On this basis, the head of the Verkhovna Rada sees no point in considering macro indicators of the state budget for 2014 during the Hour of questions to the government on Friday, September 6.
According to him, this Friday the government will tell MPs about Ukraine's preparations for the heating season.
