
At today’s briefing, social policy minister of Ukraine Natalia Korolevska called on leadership of schools, parent groups and community organizations to develop, together with the relevant Ministry, the new terms of public competitive procurement in the field of child nutrition, ForUm correspondent reports.
In particular, according to the minister, the system of nutrition of children victims of Chernobyl in Ukraine is working on not enough qualitatively level.
According to Korolevska, due to numerous complaints about irregularities in the organization of nutrition for children of Chernobyl, the Social Policy Ministry in June of this year set up a special committee and the working group to gather information about violations in this area.
In addition, according to the Korolevska, the Prosecutor General's Office prosecuted 19 officials and resumed the right to food of about 400 children.
Korolevska also focused attention on the need to monitor this issue on the part of schools, attracting social security authorities, parent committees and community organizations.
