Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Rybak has no doubt that Ukraine will fulfill its commitments to the European Union and hopes that it will sign an Association Agreement with the EU.

"We have agreed with the EU about main issues that we have to consider in September-October. I see that we will fulfill our commitments, and I hope that we will sign the agreement with the EU by the end of November," Rybak said in an interview with two Ukrainian TV channels and Interfax-Ukraine agency in Kyiv on Thursday.

Rybak reminded that Ukraine had already fulfilled most of its obligations to the Council of Europe. "However, in September and October MPs should unite and adopt a number of laws, which the European society is waiting for and which are our commitments," the speaker said.
