The heating season will start on time and without incidents, the planned average index of readiness for the heating season amounts to 80% today, regional development, construction and housing and communal services minister Hennadiy Temnyk told a briefing at the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, ForUm correspondent reports.
According to him, the planned average index of readiness for the heating season will be 100% in early October.
"We plan to start the heating season for the social sector from October 5 and for the population from October 15. We are technically ready to start the heating season earlier if necessary," he said.
