Polish President Bronislaw Komorowski has phoned his Ukrainian counterpart Viktor Yanukovych and congratulated him on the Independence Day, the press service of the Ukrainian President reported.
Komorowski, on behalf of the Polish people, congratulated the head of state and the people of Ukraine on Independence Day, Interfax-Ukraine informed.
He also wished the Ukrainian state peace, concord and prosperity, as well as successful progress in the European integration.
