Ukrainian pharmacies will be obliged to provide information about cheaper analogues of drugs. Such an addition to the license terms of production of medicines, wholesale, and retail sale of drugs, initiated by the Health Ministry was approved by the State Service for Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship.
Individuals, who sell medicinal products, are required at the request of the consumer to provide complete information about the presence in this pharmacy of drugs with the same active substance, dosage and production form.
The draft order of the Health Ministry also contains provisions requiring drug sellers to provide buyers with information about the presence of the analogues at a lower price.
